Excellent And Unusual .44 Caliber Rimfire Hammond Bulldog

Standard four-inch octagon barrel. The Hammond Bulldog is probably the most over-built single shot pistol in existence.

This is a lovely gun with 95% original strong blue on the barrel. The receiver has very strong, slightly fading case hardening. The bore is very clean with strong lands and grooves, and a couple of patches of light-plus pitting.

The checkered grips are in excellent condition with no chips or breaks. This is a lovely condition example much better-than-average one out on the market.
