A Good Classic Early 19th Century Indian Tulwar With Fine Pattern Welded Damascus Blade And Silver Damascened Tulwar Hilt.
29 inch broad blade is 1 and 3/4 inches wide at forte. Classic tulwar hilt is Damascened throughout with flowers amid vines and leaves, Huge disc pommel silver Damascened ensuite. Classic tulwar spike extends from the pommel. Most silver Damascene is intact.
35 and 3/4 inches overall. A most attractive and all original example of the quintessential Indian sword at a most attractive price point.
