    A Highly Desirable And Rare Massive Sino-Tibetan Horseman’s Sword 18th-19th Century In Splendid Silver Scabbard. 
26 and 3/8th inch blade with distinct “maiden hair” Damascus pattern, a full 1 and 5/8th inch wide. Blade with minor staining and characteristic curved point. Brass collar. Lovely hilt of waisted form wrapped with original twisted silver wire. Chiseled steel pommel with Sino-Tibetan relief decoration. 
Superb heavy silver scabbard with two repousse panels of characteristic Sino-Tibetan relief decoration. Truly a massive and important example of this rare type.
