A Unique Factory Cased 1/3rd Scale Scoped Moisin Nagant Sniper Rifle By Miniart Moscow, Russia One Of Only Six Or So Produced Circa 1995.

7 and 3/16th inch blued round barrel. Dovetailed windage adjustable hooded front sight. Elevation adjustable rear sight. Cleaning rod under barrel. Two barrel bands retained by springs. Oval escutcheons on each side of fore-arm and butt for sling attachment. Blued steel parts except for bolt which is in the white. Mag well opens, follower functions, bolt can be cocked and fired. There is even a functional firing pin. Sniper scope with glass lenses but no crosshairs. Barrel is not bored through.

This example is completely unmarked as befits the prototype of this incredible miniature. Complete in its domed lid, gray velvet lined walnut presentation case with five beautifully detailed miniature cartridges. Condition is excellent with barrel and bolt exhibiting nearly of their original finishes.

These Russian miniatures are of the highest quality and authentic to the last detail. This is the only known cased example of the miniature Moison Nagant Sniper rifle. Both collectors of sniper rifles and/or miniatures will want to add this incredible cased rifle to their collection.
