The 18 and 3/8th inch long hira-tsukuri blade with midare hamon in full bright sashikomi polish showing utsuri, ashi, and magnificent ultra tight itame had and no shintetsu.
Ubu nakago with one mekugi-ana, Bizen yasurimei, and full Sukesada mei. Cat scratched gilt copper habaki. Finely pierced and patinated iron tsuba with inlaid gold highlights.
Tsuka with very fine quality shakudo nanako fuchi kashira chased with butterfly amid gold blossoms. Fine quality same wrapped with blue tsuka-makie. Matching gilt and shakudo menuki depicting gilt shells.
Shakudo nanako kozuka with high relief gamboling shi shi in gilt. Beautiful fine sharkskin saya with black horn kurikata, koiguchi, and kaeshizuno.
