Shipping Information

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. All shipments are packed securely using appropriate materials to protect your purchase during transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs have increased significantly in recent years and are often higher than customers expect. We strive to provide accurate shipping quotes based on the size, weight, and destination of each order.

Please note that items requiring a shipping box longer than 48 inches are subject to substantially higher carrier surcharges. As a result, shipping costs for oversized items can increase exponentially compared to items that fit within a 48-inch box.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is automatically included for all shipments except those shipped on your account.

Customer Shipping Accounts

Customers are welcome to provide their own UPS, FedEx, or other carrier account number for shipping charges.

• Shipping charges will be billed directly by your carrier.
• Insurance is not included unless you specifically request it through your carrier or make arrangements with us in advance.
• Once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier, any claims for loss or damage are the responsibility of the account holder.

International Shipping

We do not offer direct international shipping.

However, we are happy to professionally package your items for pickup by your preferred freight forwarder or specialized international shipping service. We can also coordinate with third-party specialty shipping companies for international deliveries when requested.
