Indo-Persian Fighting Axe - circa 19th Century
Crescent shaped blade atop an extensively engraved haft, adorned with silver koftgari scrolls.
Unlike many axes of this period, this axe does not appear to contain a screw-mounted dagger within the base of the haft.
